How To Order

01. Add to cart

Choose the product and ADD TO CART.

02. View / Update Cart

Click VIEW CART to view and make changes to your shopping cart.
Click UPDATE CART to update your changes.
Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to proceed with your orders.

03. Place Order

Review the content of your orders, and fill in the billing and shipping details.
Click PLACE ORDER to place your order.

04. Make Payment

Make your payment and you will receive an order confirmation to your email after payment.

 

How do I know if I have placed my order successfully?

Upon submitting a successful order, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation with your order number, order date, a summary of your order items and a shipping address within minutes.
Please ensure that you have provided us with a valid email address. If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder as the confirmation email may have been delivered there instead of your inbox.

 

May I collect my order from your Outlet? Own pick-up service?

Yes you can request to collect at our shop. We will check with our shop for the availability of the flower.
