Red Love Balloon(ADD-ON)

I was horrified as I ordered a heart shape balloon but the bouquet came with a happy birthday balloon. For context, it was a get well soon bouquet and not a happy birthday bouquet. My girlfriend was extremely angry upon receiving the bouquet questioning why I did such a thing and even questioned if the bouquet was meant for someone else. The bouquet that was supposed to cheer her up made her more furious than ever and honestly this is not acceptable.

On top of that the flower placement and quality is highly questionable - the middle of bouquet was filled with baby breath and the main flower (roses) were dangling at the side and the roses were alr slightly brown upon receipt.

Considering the price I paid for this bouquet, this is unacceptable and I would like to demand to be refunded partially for this whole inconvenience and unhappiness you have caused me and my girlfriend.
